Committee Members – High school students ready to showcase leadership skills and take initiative. These members should have a solid understanding of officer roles and responsibilities and be prepared to assist when needed. Active participation, teamwork, and accountability are essential, as high school members play a key role in contributing to group efforts and ensuring tasks are completed successfully.
Junior Members– This position is designed for students younger than high school age who are eager to develop leadership skills and demonstrate a sense of responsibility. Junior Members should exhibit maturity and the ability to understand and follow through on tasks. In this role, they may be given small, manageable tasks to complete, allowing them to gain experience in leadership and teamwork in a supportive environment. This opportunity is perfect for young dancers who want to learn the basics of leadership, contribute to group efforts, and prepare for more significant roles as they grow.
